We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions in our Professional Beauty Division and Retail Division.

PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY DIVISION

1) Product Manager

Responsible for the brand health and performance of the Algotherm & Babor brands.

·         Tertiary education with at least 5 years working experience.

·         Candidates in beauty qualification and beauty related experience are preferred.

·          Fluency in English and Mandarin will be advantageous.

·         Good strategic thinking and planning.

·         Independent, team player and must be a go-getter.

·         Result and task oriented.

·         Good interpersonal skills.

2) Area Sales Managers / Senior Business Executives

(Klang Valley, East Coast, East Malaysia)

Responsible to develop new accounts and service existing professional beauty salons accounts within assigned territories.

·         At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in beauty/skin care

·         Enjoys the challenge of opening new accounts

·         Excellent sales presentation and follow-up skills

·         Possess own transport and willing to travel

·         Preferably possess recognized beauty qualifications

·         Must communicate fluently in Mandarin and English

3. Beautician / Beauty Therapist / Senior / Supervisor

(Beauty Salons @ Klang, PJ, KL, Shah Alam, Kepong, Cheras, Damansara)

·         Candidates must have at least 2 years experience as a Beautician / Therapist.

·         For senior position, previous experience in managing a successful salon is an advantage.

·         Good customer service, communication skills & technical skills are essential.

·         Preferably conversant in Mandarin. Fluent in English is an added advantage.

RETAIL DIVISION

1. BEAUTY ADVISORS

(Sunway Pyramid, One Utama, The Mines, Jusco Bandaraya Melaka, Parkson Mahkota Parade Melaka.

·         At least one year working experience with a premium skincare brand at retail level.

·         Ability to speak more that one language is advantageous

·         Must be pleasant looking with good selling skills and target oriented

·         Females aged between 20 – 30 years old

2. SHOP MANAGERS

·         At least 3 years working experience in managing a retail outlet.

·         Able to lead and motivate retail staff.

·         Must be a team player, organize and results oriented.
