Junior E-Commerce

Responsibilities

• ✓Assure all aspects of platform content and information are accurate and update e.g. availability of the product
• ✓Support online customer enquiries promptly (pre-sales and after sales)
• ✓Accurately manage products across web store and various marketplace from time to time
• ✓Assist to optimize the online stores and help to achieve sales target, manage daily e-commerce operations (product listing / stock inventory)
• ✓Assist in managing online ads to drive E-Commerce sales
• ✓Assist superiors in all ad hoc assignment to optimize store's sales/ operation/ traffic

Requirements

• ✓Diploma / Bachelor in Marketing / Business Management or any business related field
• ✓Good communication & a team player
• ✓Previous experience in health and beauty industry is a plus
• ✓Good in customer service is a plus
• ✓Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• ✓Willing to learn more
• ✓Able to work independently, passionate, and resourceful
