- Understand their skin concerns through attentive consultation.
- Provide tailored product recommendations powered by deep product knowledge and genuine passion for results.
- Distributing sampling to customers

- Continuously grow your expertise in BABOR’s high-performance skincare products.
- Cultivate repeat clients through trust, expertise, and attentive service.
- Uphold a Luxurious Environment In Store
- Support daily store operations, from smooth transactions to thoughtful service recoveries.
- Maintain immaculate merchandising and displays that reflect BABOR’s premium identity
- Assist with inventory care—ensuring accuracy, organization, and readiness at all times.
4. Contribute to a Strong, Harmonious Team
- Support & share feedbacks to HQ team to ensure the store operates with excellence and cohesion.
Requirements
Communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus.
Possess a calm and present demeanour, with a natural ability to listen and connect.
Prior experience in beauty or wellness is welcomed.
Is responsible, reliable, and finds joy in being part of a collaborative team.
Is available to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends
