Responsibilities
Understand company department goal and fulfil Internship program
Monthly strategize, plan, schedule and review on task to achieve and understand department scope and objective
Build and plan monthly strategy through competitive benchmarking, research, channel determination, audience profiling
Analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Monitor campaign results, compile learnings and modify plan to further enhance the campaign result and achieve campaign’s KPI
Coordinate and collab with other department team for any project
Plan, request and update weekly internship program
Explore on “how to work” with other department by orientationy
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations or Warehouse & Logistic
Good communication skills in English is a must have
Excellent understanding of local communities
Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver
Strong project management and executional abilities
Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design
Strong work ethics and performance-driven
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
