Internship

Responsibilities

• ✓Understand company department goal and fulfil Internship program
• ✓Monthly strategize, plan, schedule and review on task to achieve and understand department scope and objective
• ✓Build and plan monthly strategy through competitive benchmarking, research, channel determination, audience profiling
• ✓Analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• ✓Monitor campaign results, compile learnings and modify plan to further enhance the campaign result and achieve campaign's KPI
• ✓Coordinate and collab with other department team for any project
• ✓Plan, request and update weekly internship program
• ✓Explore on "how to work" with other department by orientationy

Requirements

• ✓Diploma/Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations or Warehouse & Logistic
• ✓Good communication skills in English is a must have
• ✓Excellent understanding of local communities
• ✓Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver
• ✓Strong project management and executional abilities
• ✓Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design
• ✓Strong work ethics and performance-driven
• ✓Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
