Responsibilities
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
Conducting research and analysing competitors’ activation
Devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies
Writing and proofreading creative copy for media & KOL
Liaise with internal stakeholders on artwork creation
Organising events and product launches
Source for partnership collaborations
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management or any business related field
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience & exposure in retail, beauty or FMCG
Good communication skills in English is a must have
Excellent understanding of local communities
Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver
Strong project management and executional abilities
Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design
Strong work ethics and performance-driven
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
