Responsibilities
Manage the end to end training including: training schedule, training room setup, material preparation and conduct training.
Create an effective and up to date training slides and tools
Evaluate effectiveness of training and enhance training accordingly
Translate requirements into trainings that will groom individuals for the next step of their journey.
Keep up to date with developments in training & research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
Support Marketing in beauty live events/workshop/roadshow
Requirements
Fresh graduate/ 1 year of experience in customer facing/training/counselling role
Proficiency in English & Mandarin (speaking & writing)
Strong interpersonal skill, someone who enjoys interacting with people
An individual who is eager to learn and willing to go extra miles
Experience in hosting FB/Youtube Livestream would be an added advantage
Due to business requirement, good command of spoken and written English & Chinese are required
Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
Good presentation skills
Possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently, when necessary
